• No International returns accepted
• Every single Item offered to you is covered by a DOA (Dead On Arrival) Policy, unless the item was sold “As-Is”. DOA Policy gives you a 7 days period from the time you received your item to contact us through EBay messaging about the item’s condition. You will then receive an authorization for return. All Unauthorized Returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. All Returns will be inspected upon arrival. All security labels must be in place. No refund or exchanges if label(s) missing or damaged. If the inspection confirms your complaint- you will be granted a Refund or Exchange. Refunds with Prior authorization will be issued for the amount of your full payment. Item must be returned to us within 30 days from the date of purchase for full refund or replacement. Our Return Policy applies to DOA and Misrepresented Items Only.
